Job Description

PM International Malaysia is looking for a dynamic Marketing Executive to join our marketing team. As a Marketing Executive, you will be responsible for creating engaging and eye-catching marketing collaterals for both internal and external communications. You will play a key role in conveying our brand's message to our distributors, the majority of whom are Chinese speakers, with the remainder speaking English or Bahasa Malaysia.

Responsibilities

• Develop and design digital marketing collaterals, including flyers, videos, and social media posts, that align with our brand's identity and message.
• Ensure effective communication with the team and distributors through various platforms such as WhatsApp, Instagram and Facebook.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends and integrate these trends into our marketing strategies to engage our audience effectively.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to brainstorm and implement creative marketing campaigns.
• Manage the production of marketing materials from concept to completion, ensuring they are clear, concise, and visually appealing.
• Translate marketing objectives into clear creative strategies.

Requirements

• Passionate about social media, with a keen sense of the latest trends and communication forms.
• Creativity and a good eye for design, capable of producing visually appealing and effective marketing materials.
• Excellent command of image and video editing software.
• Proficient in Chinese, with good command of English and/or Bahasa Malaysia, to cater to our diverse distributor base.
• Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, or a related field is preferred.
• Proven experience in a marketing or graphic design role.
