Qualifications & experience

• Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Degree/Higher Diploma in Architecture or equivalent knowledge in AutoCAD/Sketchup or relevant application;
• At least (2) years of working experience in related field
• Must possessed own transport and valid driving license Required technical design skills; Self-motivated, discipline and able to work independently;
• Proficient and competency with AutoCad, SketchUp, Lumion, Enscape, Photoshop and MS Office.
• Familiar with design & build projects
• Good knowledge in Building By-laws and planning requirement.
• Good attention to detail and deliver high quality of design.
• Good command of both English and Bahasa Melayu.
• Able to manage and interpret basic architectural drawing and the integration plan;
• Possess own transport

Tasks & responsibilities

• Carries out drafting using AutoCad Participate in draft discussion or coordination
• Able to use SketchUP is an advantage
• Work closely as a team with architects / superior
• Assist lead architects in creating and updating, revising drawing layouts, throughout the project life cycle
• Ability to work in a fast pace environment
• Willing to learn and meet tight timelines
• Manage drawing layouts according to construction phasing
• Identify issues for lead architects where discrepancies occur during design stage
