Responsibilities:

• Manage company portfolio on platforms such as Shopee and Lazada including product upload, product updates, delisting, returns management, stock accuracy, and shop content creation & updates.
• Managing daily operations of marketplace channels on Shopee and Lazada,
• Ensuring attractive deals, pricing, promos are setup accurately on the platforms.
• Develop and execute promotional campaigns and pricing strategies.
• Build strong rapport with platform partners.
• Assist and update the manager on business & operational matters.
• Manage online store operations and analyse brand store performance.
• Analyse and reporting sales performance, market competition, and trends to make proposals for improvement.
• Analyse and monitor Shopee and Lazada ads.
• Optimize product listings for maximum visibility and sales conversion.

Job Requirements:

• Fresh Graduate are welcome!
• Experience in E-Commerce is a plus.
• Familiar with marketplace platform operation is an added advantage.
• Good analytical skills.
• Good attitude and willing to learn.
• Strong communication (written & spoken) and follow-up skills.
• Able to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Good team player, yet independent with minimum supervision.

Working hours:

8:30 am – 5:00 pm
