Location: Ipoh, Greentown

Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day accounts administrative tasks
• To maintain full set of accounts
• Prepare and monitor payment processing on a timely basis
• Prepare and maintain financial records, such as ledgers, invoices, and expense reports
• Reconcile bank statements and ensure accuracy in financial reporting
• Preparation of financial statements and reports

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma in Accounting/ LCCI and above
• Prefer at least 3-5 years of relevant experience require
• Proficiency in Microsoft applications such as MS-Office Suite and accounting software
• Meticulous, analytical and able to work independently
• Good command of spoken and written in English, Malay and Mandarin
