Job Responsibilities

Social Media Management:

• Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, and conversion.
• Create and curate engaging content for various social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
• Schedule and publish posts and monitor social media channels for comments and messages.
• Liaise with the agency and analyze social media metrics and insights to optimize content performance and identify area for improvement.
• Plan advertising budget on social media including budget allocation, targeting, ad creative optimization and performance tracking.

Key Opinion Leader (KOL) collaboration:

• Identify and build relationships with relevant KOLs and influencers in the industry.
• Negotiate and manage partnership with KOLs for sponsored content and collaborations.
• Coordinate KOL campaigns, including content creation, and review through social media channels.
• Monitor KOL performance and track the impact of their content on brand visibility and engagement.

Website management:

• Oversee the company’s website and ensure it reflects the brand’s identity.
• Regularly update website content, including product information/ landing pages.
• Implement SEO best practices to improve website visibility and ranking on search engine results pages.

Campaign planning & strategy:

• Plan promotion campaign strategies that align with overall marketing goals and objectives.
• Collaborate with sales teams to ensure campaign alignment and execution.
• Regularly report on campaign performance to stakeholders, providing insights recommendations, and actionable for future campaigns.

Job Requirements

• At least 1 to 2 years of relevant experience in digital marketing.
• Creative and innovative.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Resourceful, independent and good coordination skills.
• Able to communicate with all levels of people.
• Good spoken and written in Mandarin will be an added advantage.
