As an Accounts Assistant, your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

  • Assisting with daily accounting tasks, including data entry, invoicing, and expense tracking.
  • Reconciling financial statements and reports to ensure accuracy and completeness.
  • Supporting the preparation of financial documents such as invoices, receipts, and purchase orders.
  • Collaborating with team members to ensure proper documentation and filing of financial records.
  • Assisting in the preparation of financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
  • Providing general administrative support to the finance department as needed.

Requirement:

  • Min. a diploma in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to use Microsoft Office package and analytical tools
  • Able to speak good English and Bahasa Malaysia
  • Fresh Graduates are encouraged to apply.
