As an Accounts Assistant, your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- Assisting with daily accounting tasks, including data entry, invoicing, and expense tracking.
- Reconciling financial statements and reports to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Supporting the preparation of financial documents such as invoices, receipts, and purchase orders.
- Collaborating with team members to ensure proper documentation and filing of financial records.
- Assisting in the preparation of financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
- Providing general administrative support to the finance department as needed.
Requirement:
- Min. a diploma in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to use Microsoft Office package and analytical tools
- Able to speak good English and Bahasa Malaysia
- Fresh Graduates are encouraged to apply.
