Assistant Manager Taxation - #10508765

Responsibilities :

• To ensure tax to all relevant tax laws, regulations and reporting requirements.
• To oversee the preparation and submission of accurate and timely tax returns and other applicable taxes.
• To coordinate with Management and other departments to develop tax strategies to minimize tax liabilities and incentives.
• To identify potential tax risks, the exposures and develop mitigation plans.
  To implement and maintain tax policies and procedures to ensure consistent and compliant tax practices.
• To coordinate with internal/external auditors and tax consultants during tax audits or any engagement required.

Requirements :

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years experience in the tax industry
• Strong understanding of international tax regulations and guidelines.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Professionally certified with a professional accountancy membership body such as ACCA/ MICPA/CPA/CTIM is an advantage
