Administrative Specialist - #10509597

• Provide comprehensive administrative support to General Manager and board of directors, including managing daily tasks, scheduling meetings, preparing meeting materials, meeting minutes, documenting meeting proceedings, and maintaining effective communication channels.
• Participates in development, implementation and maintenance of policies, objectives, short-and long- term planning to assist in accomplishment of company’s goals.
• Act as a liaison between management and internal teams as well as other relevant parties by conveying directives, instructions, tasks, and providing regular updates on task statuses.
• Evaluates and negotiates contracts for the purchase of services in coordination with company’s requirement.
• Assist the board in handling legal and financial documents.
• Maintain strict confidentiality and records concise, meticulous minutes of all board meetings.
• Plan and coordinate conference, meetings, events, VIP visits and etc.
• Report to the direct superior upon succession of any tasks accordingly

Requirement

• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s Degree, Professional Degree, or equivalent.
• Required language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin
• At least 2 years of relevant working experiences. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Trustworthy, quick thinking, strong organization skills and an analytic mindset.
• Ability to work independently and deal well with ambiguity.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to interact with all levels of management.
