Qualifications & experience

  • Diploma / Bachelor’s in any related field
  • At least 3 years of working experience
  • Proficient in English, Malay and Mandarin
  • Good time management, driven to get job done & proactive in identifying & highlighting urgent issue
  • Matured, motivated, and able to work independently

Tasks & responsibilities

  • Responsible for daily administrative support work for CEO
  • Managing the CEO's calendar, scheduling appointments, and coordinating meetings
  • Maintain, track and manage petty cash
  • Responsible for submitting CEO’s monthly bills
  • Take accurate and comprehensive notes at meetings
  • Maintain strict confidentially and interact professionally with all levels of management, staff, business associate and client
  • Devise and maintain an organised filing system for all documents
  • Be attentive and thoughtful to CEO’s preferences, understanding the best way to assist and alleviate pressures in her role and responsibilities
  • Manage CEO’s personal errands
  • Any other tasks assigned by CEO from time to time
  • Mandarin speaking proficiency is a plus
