Executives - Sales Administration - #10510039

Responsibilities:

• To prepare, process and check the documents relating to Sale and Purchase, Subsales, etc
• To carry out functions relating to credit administration and loans documentation
• To attend to calls and enquiries from purchasers, end-financiers and solicitors
• To check and process documents relating to conveyancing of properties
• To assist in sales of properties matters if required

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma in Business Administration or other related discipline
• At least 2 years working experience with a housing developer on credit control and loan matters
• Pleasant personality with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Good communication skills in written and oral with proficiency in English & Bahasa Malaysia
• Computer literate and have experience in using IFCA system
• Experience in doing conveyancing work in legal firm also encourage to apply
