HR And Admin Executive - #10510924

Job Function:

1) To supervise and lead the HR & Admin Dept at Cambodia and Vietnam factory to ensure group policy strictly executed, it include but no limit to payroll administrative, office purchasing, recruitment for office level, documentation compliance, general admin, performance exercise and etc.

2) To prepare SOP, disseminate instruction and document best practice effectively.

3) Analyze root cause, propose corrective action, resolve issue and aim for improvement and enhancement.

Requirement:

1) Strong leadership with positive working attitude.

2) Excellent communication skill, especially written in English.

3) 2 years in supervisory level currently.

4) Able to travel to Phnom Penh and or Dong Nai upon request and or whenever necessary.

5) Compensation package to be offered subjected to working experience, job scope assigned and professional qualification.
