Responsibilities:
• Handling basic miscellaneous facilities repairs, installing and maintenance.
• Follow weekly work schedules and perform daily tasks according to work allocated.
• Daily routine inspections on building facilities equipment room.
• Perform preventative maintenance according to schedules.
• To monitor and repair chiller system.
• Overseeing and work together with mall operation team on project inspection and facilities equipment maintenance.
• Monthly water and electrical reading records.
• Maintain proper records on all equipment inventories; daily cleaning used equipment and tools and ensure all equipment are keeping in safe and proper store room.
• Perform ad-hoc duties whenever assigned by the Supervisor / Superior.
Requirements:
• At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Possess professional and technical knowledge and ability, be familiar with knowledge related to technology, product performance, usage and other aspects of knowledge, with technical research and development and implementation of technical capabilities.
• Have good skills in maintenance job and repairing in aspect of building facilities.
• Candidates possess electrical and electronic skills / experiences will be added advantage.
• Candidates must be able to respond to emergency call duty and change shift.
