Summary of Job Scope:

1. Understanding of system requirements
2. Prepare work instruction and training manual
3. Provide test plan, test strategy, test result document and carry out test after new development
4. Define Test Scenario, Test Cases and Test Scripts from user.
5. Perform UI Tests, Performance Testing and Stress Testing.
6. Prepare computer system validation protocol
7. Monitor system defect and report to development team.
8. Provide training for staffs on procedure and function
9. Ensure appropriate systems and process are developed and maintained to support effective and efficient day to day running.
10. Perform other ad-hoc task as assigned by IT Manager

Knowledge / Skills / Experience

1. Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.
2. Knowledge in Microsoft Office, ERP and Document Management System
3. Experience with software support and project implementation will be added advantages.
4. Ability to communicate (both verbal and written) well in English
5. Excellent documentation skill
6. Able to work independently
7. Able to relocate/Commute to Tampoi, Johor Bahru
