Transport & Fleet Management Admin - #10511305

Salary : RM2,500 - RM3,000 per month
Location: 1 Powerhouse, No. 1 Persiaran Bandar Utama, Bandar Utama, 47800 Petaling Jaya, Selangor Darul Ehsan, Malaysia
Working days & hours: Monday – Thursday: 8.30am to 6.30pm, Friday: 8.30am to 12.30pm ( WFH)

Contract duration: 12 months contract under PERSOLKELLY (potential for renewal or convert to permanent subject to performance)

Job Responsibilities:

• Assist in monitoring the driving experience of employees who operate company vehicles.
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision
• Major function of the role includes below:
• Fuel management and reporting
• Driver management/maintenance and KPI reporting
• Vehicle movement and tracking
• Assist in vehicle replacement project.
• Workshop invoices tracking and payment Tracking
• Vendor Management
• Assist in ad-hoc projects

Requirements:

• At least 2 – 5 years of relevant working experience.
• Candidate must possess minimum Diploma/Bachelor’s Degree in related field or equivalent. Have experience in Administration and Data Entry level in related to Transport and Fleet Management.
• Familiar with COUPA, SAP and MS Office.
• Candidate must have the car driving license as need to provide support and transportation if needed.
