We are looking for a highly driven and experienced People Partner with process and policy building as a core expertise. You will be partnering with our internal People Team within the same entity and the region to update our processes and policies in accordance to the latest laws and business trends. Your ultimate goal here would be employee experience and agile & nimble processes that can adapt to our ever changing environment.
You are comfortable with data and people metrics to deliver deep talent insights that supports any change management that you would be working on. You will be the change advocate for the roll-out of people initiatives, ensuring business adoption & engagement.
Responsibilities:
- Review current processes and policies in place and ensure that corresponding processes and policies are in alignment across the board.
- Create and/or make updates to existing processes and policies by showing reference to the employment act, any MEF related case studies and/or with employee experience in mind.
- Participate in projects where you have an in-depth understanding of organizational development, performance management and succession planning.
- Act as an advisor / consultant to our people team by always providing facts and data to make improvements.
- You are also a change management expert that can come up with customized change management strategies depending on situations.
- Perform valid and reliable market research on HR best practices and consolidate information into actionable items, reports and presentations to enhance employee experience.
What you need to be successful:
- At least 8+ years’ working experience in HR, with at least 5+ years in a People Partner role (Must Have)
- Experience in the technology start-up and/or tech consulting industry a big plus
- Strong business acumen, strategic thinking and problem solving mindset
- Excellent stakeholder management (C-Level exposure), communication and influencing skills
- Proficient in dealing with people data, metrics and providing insights through analytics
- Robust understanding of People processes including Total Rewards, Talent Development etc
- Change management skills
- Adaptable and comfortable navigating in a rapid paced VUCA environment
