Job Summary:

• Manage the direct the purchasing activities of the Company at optimal balance of price, quality and service

Duties And Responsibilities:

• Select and decide on business allocation to business partners
• Manage external provider management and performance to meet quality, delivery objective with competitive price
• Establish an effective forecast and delivery trends in the domestic and foreign markets and develop alternate source of suppliers
• To develop alternate source when required
• Work with Program department on quotation to customer and provide them them with competitive price and short lead time
• Enhance all vendors to develop a quality system with the goal to comply with minimum ISO9001:2015 and ISO/IATF 16949:2016 quality quality system requirement for automotive external providers
• To monitor the progress of pre-audit by certification body within the stipulated time frame
• To establish a system to measure vendor’s performance
• To ensure all qualified vendors’ information are updated in the Approved Vendor List (AVL) 1
• To conduct a Vendor Management Team Meeting and to present the report to the Quality Management Team

Requirements:

• Diploma / Degree holder related discipline
• Minimum 5 years in similar position preferably in PCBA manufacturing environment
• Mandarin speaker required
