RESPONSIBILITIES & REQUIREMENTS
- 1 - 2 years working experience is preferred, fresh graduates are also welcome.
- Responsible for meeting sales goals and payment collection.
- Presenting products to potential customers, explaining features, answering questions about products, and assisting with orders.
- Following up with customers after a sale to ensure satisfaction with the product or service and to solicit customer feedback.
- Providing customers with information about the company’s products and services.
- Keeping records of all customer interactions in order to follow up on leads and generate new business opportunities.
- Establishing relationships with prospective customers in order to develop long-term business relationships.
