- Develop, lead, and carry out HR initiatives that are in compliance with corporate policies and local laws and regulations as well as aligns with best practices.
- Coordinate and administer training programs to enhance employee skills and meet organisational needs.
- Oversee various HR functions, including but not limited to performance evaluation, organisational development, manpower planning, and employee relations.
- Partner closely with the senior management and relevant stakeholders to provide strategic HR advice that are in line with organisation's goals.

- Proven experience as an HR leader or senior HR business partner.
- Strong understanding of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulations.
