- MAINTAINING IT INFRASTRUCTURES, TROBLE SHOOTING AND RECTIFING PROBLEM OF ALL RELATED HARDWARS AND APPLICATIONS, ENSURING SMOOTH OPERATION AND HIGH AVALLABILITY.
- responsible in managing servers , networking, antivirus security and firewall system.
- responsible for managing backup. restore and replication of server images.
- Diagnosing, troubleshooting and solving hardware and software issues of faults and liaise with external IT vendors from time to time.
- Provide End - User computing support for PC desktop and business applications.
- Assist in user support on business applications.
- Liasing with IT vendors on hardware and software maintenance, software licensing.
Basic Knowledge
- Good knowledge of current technological trends including LAN, WAN, Internet, Network Security and Virtual Machines Environment.
- Hands- on Experience with Windows/Linux OS Environments.
- Hands-On Experience In Troubleshooting, Maintain and support computer, network, server and peripherals problem.
