We are currently seeking a dynamic individual to join us as an Animal Health Technical Manager, collaborating closely with our sales team to deliver unparalleled technical expertise to our key accounts. Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to identify key customers for our health tracking system and farm consultation services, ensuring meticulous planning and execution.

• Evaluate the efficacy of our health tracking system and farm consultation initiatives regularly, striving to enhance customer value and providing insightful corrective actions to management.

• Offer expert guidance in animal health management through various channels such as self-study, group discussions, internal and external training sessions, and participation in independent animal health meetings.

• Work alongside sales and marketing counterparts to ensure that our salesforce and distributors are well-equipped with comprehensive knowledge and skills in animal health, thereby adding significant value during customer interactions.

• Provide robust technical evidence to support marketing initiatives, ensuring objectivity, credibility, and balance to complement promotional materials effectively.

• Facilitate technical programs aimed at disseminating animal health expertise to external customers, fostering meaningful engagement and knowledge sharing.

• Adhere to global and local regulatory requirements by promptly reporting adverse events and product complaints.

Essential Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Veterinary Science/Medicine.

• Previous experience in supporting commercial teams through providing technical expertise.

• Demonstrated business acumen with strong consultative selling skills.

• Exceptional communication abilities, both verbal and written.
