Job Responsibilities:

• Responsible for brand management and corporate identity
• Manage social media, website, and e-commerce platforms of the Group
• Increase interaction and engagement on social media platforms to create brand awareness and enhance social media presence for the Group
• Manage ATL and BTL advertising
• Propose and manage the marketing budget
• Plan, develop and implement effective marketing communication campaigns across various channels
• Propose, manage, and improve lead generation campaigns, measuring results
• Prepare online and print marketing campaigns
• Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing communications
• Maintain effective internal communications to ensure that all relevant company functions are kept informed of marketing objectives
• Analyze potential strategic partner relationships for company marketing
• Create and publicize all online marketing material (social media posting) in line with marketing plans
• Work closely with Graphic Designer, Sales, and Operations teams to brainstorm new and innovative growth strategies and coordinate, execute and implement promotional and marketing campaigns
• Work closely with the designer to create marketing collaterals and announcements
• Respond and handle all online customer service requests
• Be involved in the testing of new products and treatments and provide feedback to the management
• Keep abreast with industry treatments, new products/services and translate all these into training materials
• Monitor and report performance of the various campaigns held and assess against goals
• Analyse all social media marketing efforts and key metrics, report on campaign analytics
• Evaluate important metrics that affect the Company’s website traffic, service quotas, and target audience on the marketing results
• Conduct research and identify current and future trends in the industry to finetune marketing plans accordingly
• Any other duties as assigned

Job Requirements:

• A minimally Diploma in Marketing is strongly preferred
• At least 2-4 Years of working experience in the related field is required for this position
• Marketing Experience in medical aesthetics or beauty industry is preferred
• A strong understanding and proficiency in marketing on social media platforms
• Solid computer skills & MS Office efficiency
• Strong in digital marketing and in above and below the line marketing
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, Fluency in English is a must, Chinese is a plus
• Proficient in MS Office and knowledge of CRM tools, Google AdWords and WordPress
• Experience in photography and videography will be an added advantage
• Proficient in troubleshooting as well as customer service
• Excellent interpersonal communication skills
• Reliable, driven, dynamic, and with a high level of accuracy and analytical skills
• Strong work ethic and good attention to detail
• Able to work as a team and independently with minimal supervision
• Self-motivated and able to work under a tight timeline
• Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize multiple projects simultaneously

• Active on social media on a personal level
