Key Responsibilities

  • Itinerary Development: Collaborate with the product team to create compelling travel itineraries that meet the needs and preferences of our target audience.
  • Ground Operator Management: Identify, evaluate, and negotiate with ground operators notwithstanding hotels, transportation providers, tour operators, and activity vendors to secure the best rates and services for our itineraries.
  • Operations Management: Assist in the operational aspects of each itinerary including obtaining quotations, ensuring booking confirmations, reservations, ticketing, and logistical arrangements.
  • Customer Service: Serve as a point of contact for clients before, during, and after their travel experience, addressing inquiries, and resolving issues, and aiding needs.
  • Destination Knowledge: Stay up to date with travel trends, destination information, and industry developments to provide expert advice and recommendations to clients.
  • Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate records of itinerary details, transactions, and communications, and generate reports as needed to track performance and identify areas for improvement. E.g, Creation of Tour file, documentation for TBF & KIV, initiating tour file once the tour is finalized, sending name list to the ground operator for finalization & sending the ticketing list to airlines to issue air tickets.
  • Cross-functional collaboration: Collaborate with other departments such as sales, marketing, and customer service to ensure alignment of messaging, promotions, and customer experiences.

Job Requirement

  • 1-3 years of work experience in Operation or in planning travel itineraries
  • Language – good command of Mandarin, and English.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and quality assurance.
  • Proficiency in the Xeersoft System is an added advantage.
  • Flexibility to respond to a range of different work situations
  • Computer knowledge (MS Office)
  • Love of travel and foreign cultures
