您的职业前景：

  • 初级客服 > 高级客服 / Quality Analyst（QA） > 团队队长(Team Leader) > 助理经理 > 经理 > 高级经理。 如果有合适的职位空缺并通过面试，您将有机会转岗到不同的工作岗位 / 部门。

任务:

  • 负责客户在线咨询答疑，针对客户咨询的需求提供有效解答
  • 提供友好高效的客户服务 & 适时识别并上报问题
  • 在所有与客户的互动中表现出礼貌和良好的人际交往能力。 通过正确的流程向客户提供最佳服务，以确保客户满意度最高。
  • 建立可持续的关系，并通过尽最大努力来吸引客户。

入职要求：

  • 必须能够流利地使用普通话，粤语和英语进行交流
  • 必须能 读 &写 中文
  • 学历：SPM, UEC, O-level 或更高
  • 工作时间：24/7 轮班 - 5 天工作
  • 优先考虑有半年或半年以上的客服工作经验，但是也欢迎无工作经验申请
