  1. Coordinate and manage the Director's schedule, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
  2. Prioritize and manage time effectively, ensuring the Director's commitments are met.
  3. Act as a primary point of contact between the Director's and internal/external stakeholders.
  4. Draft, review, and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations.
  5. Organize and coordinate meetings, conferences, and events, both on-site and off-site.
  6. Prepare agendas, documents, and materials for meetings; take and distribute meeting minutes.
  7. Manage and organize sensitive and confidential information, ensuring discretion and confidentiality at all times.
  8. Conduct research and gather data as needed for Director's decision-making processes.
  9. Arrange domestic and international travel for the Director's, including flights, accommodations, and transportation.
  10. Perform general administrative tasks, including document preparation, filing, and record-keeping.
  11. Handle ad-hoc projects and tasks as assigned by the Director's
  12. At least 2 years of experience and proven track of commitment.
  13. Must be proficient in both English & Mandarin (to liaise mandarin-speaking stakeholders).
  14. Detail-oriented with strong time management skills.
  15. Excellent interpersonal skills with a professional demeanor is a must.
  16. Ability to work individually and as part of a team.
