Job Responsibilities

• Setting up and configuring users computer.
• To support and monitoring servers system and backup.
• Addressing IT support requests from users.
• Meeting with users to identify software, networking, or hardware issues.
• Providing technical assistance on-site or via remote-access systems.
• Presenting solutions that fulfil users' requirements.
• Rectifying hardware malfunctions, software issues, and networking problems.
• Monitoring and managing work records.
• Coordinating internal IT-related initiatives, overseeing vendors, and assisting in system deployments or upgrades
• Managing and troubleshooting Microsoft 365 applications, including user and license management, security and compliance, and service health.

Job Requirements

• Diploma / Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology or its equivalent.
• Minimum 2-3 years of working experience in support fields.
• Willing to travel to Ipoh plant when it is required.
