Job Descriptions:

• Maintains project schedule by monitoring project progress & coordinating activities.
• Reviewing design, specifications, plan and schedule changes.
• Identifying problems with project, taking lead on developing situations.
• Ensuring project meets its deadlines at each stage.
• Cooperate and communicate effectively with project manager & other project participants to provide assistance and technical support.
• Other ad-hoc task assigned by superior.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in C&S / M&E / other construction relevant field.
• 5 - 10 years of working experiences in related field.
• Good knowledge in construction/ maintenance sequences.
• Good knowledge in AutoCad and MS office.
• Good in project management and supervision skills.
• Willing to learn, adaptability, problem solving and independent.
• Willing to travel as needed.
