Telesales Executives - Selling Financial Planning, Debt Management, Credit Consulting Services

We are looking for a highly motivated telesales representative to join our team with the mission of delivering financial literacy to Malaysians.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to work alongside with Certified Financial Planners (CFP) to use your sales skills and experience to educate client about financial planning and help them achieve their financial goals.

Salary

Compensation:

We offer multiple source of income, including:

• Basic Paid: RM1,800 to RM2,500
• Commission: RM1,000 (bottom 10%) to RM8,000 (top 20%)
• Quarterly Bonus: RM1,000 to RM4,000 (Paid on Jan, Apr, July, Oct)
• Weekly Incentives: RM100 to RM250 (Paid on every Friday)
• Special Campaign: RM100 to RM300

Job Responsibilities:

• Conducting outbound calls to educate and engage potential clients about financial planning.
• Providing financial literacy to customers and helping them achieve their financial goals.
• Promoting our company’s financial planning products and services over the phone.
• Meeting and exceeding sales targets and performance metrics.

Job Requirement:

• Ability to learn about financial planning and explain them to prospects.
• Cool-tempered and able to handle rejection.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
