Duties and Responsibilities:

• Assists with identification of factors that affect costs;
• Assists with formulation of data compilation worksheets and data sheets for capturing, recording and computation of costs;
• Assists with analysis to identify contribution of each cost factor to overall costs and how each factor is affected by various parameters;
• Track expenses information, compile expense data and update costing information;
• Compiles data to support and carry out comparison of cost estimate against actual;
• Carrying out all other duties or works as assigned to you and/or as directed by the superior(s) efficiently and diligently and demonstrating exemplary behavior at all times.
• Ensures that the work performed by your team is correct and completed on time by detecting, correcting and rectifying and delays in the work of others.
• Carried out all other duties or works as assigned to you and/ or as directed by your superior(s).

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s Degree in Finance/Accountancy/MIA or equivalent.
• At least 3 to 5 years related working experience preferably in costing, account/auditing, analysis and etc.
• Fluency in Mandarin is preferred as the role is required to communicate with foreign employees/vendors.
• Attention to detail and with a keen sense of business acumen and curiosity.
• Knowledgeable in use of Ms Office application, especially Excel, capability to handle large amount of data and with analytical skills.
