Customer Service Responsibilities:-
1.Reply to customer messages through online platforms.
2.Provide customers with a good level of service to achieve maximum customer satisfaction.
3.Process customer orders, returns, and exchanges with attention to detail and accuracy.
4.Handle and address customer complaints to ensure customer satisfaction.
5.Answer customers' inquiries about company's product details and resolve customers' concerns promptly.
6.Update required data in database system.
7.Support general operational tasks.
Admin Responsibilities:-
1.Handle office clerical and general duties in office administrative department.
2.Maintain proper filling system and coordinate dispatch work
3.Update daily reporting on submission of documentation.
4.To execute and coordinate all departmental related activities.
5.To perform any other administrative tasks assigned by company from time to time.
