Job Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for regular HR tasks such as payroll calculation, and handling HR-related documentation, while also receiving training to actively participate in and contribute to the establishment of corporate vision, mission, culture, and values.
  • Manage and execute the company's HR strategy, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.
  • Independently handle comprehensive HR functions, including but not limited to recruitment, compensation and benefits, and employee training and development.
  • Streamline and optimize the recruitment process, attracting and selecting outstanding talents to ensure recruitment efficiency and quality.
  • Manage employee relations, address employee issues, and listen to concerns or complaints, aiming to enhance employee satisfaction.
  • Assist in formulating and implementing an employee performance evaluation system to motivate continuous improvement and development.
  • Familiarity with and understanding of regulations related to managing foreign workers.
  • Design and implement incentive mechanisms, including reward programs and promotion plans, to stimulate employee potential and enthusiasm.
  • Contribute to establishing the company's corporate culture, ensuring its integration into the work habits and behavior patterns of every employee.
  • Responsible for developing compensation manuals to ensure a fair and competitive compensation system.
  • Develop and implement systematization and streamlining of company processes, optimizing workflows and enhancing overall efficiency.


Requirements:

  • At least 3 years of HR management experience, demonstrating competence in independently handling various HR tasks.
  • Familiarity with and understanding of regulations related to managing foreign workers.
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills, enabling effective collaboration with employees and management.
  • Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making abilities, capable of handling complex situations and making wise judgments.
  • Proficiency in developing and implementing incentive mechanisms to inspire employee motivation and creativity.
  • Strong interest in corporate culture building, actively participating in the establishment and promotion of corporate culture.
  • Ability to systemize and streamline company processes, enhancing workflow efficiency and productivity.
