Job Description:

• Achieve sales, volume, growth, market share and listing targets for assigned brands
• Service accounts, develop prospect, co-ordinate sales and marketing initiatives, market data collection
• Liaise with and persuade targeted customers to recommend our products utilizing effective selling skills and performing cost-benefit analysis
• Set clear objectives and develop strategies for each account to drive penetration and growth
• Establish good rapport with decision makers (at all levels)
• Proactively seek new business opportunities
• Track account sales (sales, penetration rates and market share)
• Establish sound understanding of customer needs, challenges, competition, key trends etc

Job Requirement:

• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in any field.
• Required language(s): English
• Required Skill(s): Healthcare, Selling skills, Sales technique, Relationship building, Medical Device(optional)
• Knowledge of MS Office
• Able to work independently.
• Willing to travel extensively including outstation
• Preferred with working experience in the Pharmaceutical Industry
